March 2005 LINZ Strom AG ordered Zauner Anlagenbau GmbH and its dormant partner VECOPLAN for building up a biomass preperation plant. 9 month later acceptance run started.

In December 2004 VECOPLAN won the European competition for the project:
Chipping line for biomass power plant Simmering. The order contained the delivery of conveying and chipping technology, the build up for the site infrastructure and the whole electrical installation of the chipping plant.

This plant has been built in 2002 with slow operating shredders for the generation of wood chips, storage of wood chips, conveying to the daily storage before the wood chips are conveyed to the boiler respectively to the furnace.

The disposal plant of the sawmill Sunchang is designed for the separate collection of sawdust and wood chips in between the profile chipping line. Further the residue wood of the sawmill is separately screened.

The disposal plant of OFFNER wood industry is designed for the separate collection of sawdust and wood chips in between the profile chipping line. Further the residue wood of the sawmill is separately screened, in order to meet the requirements of the chip quality. Beside wood chips and sawdust also fine chips are screened and separately stored.
