Vecoplan Midwest is Open for Business

VECOPLAN, LLC a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial shredding and grinding equipment, announced today the opening of Vecoplan Midwest, LLC in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Vecoplan Midwest will serve as the sales and distribution arm for Vecoplan equipment in a five-state area. The region is a key trading area for Vecoplan. Technical service capabilities for customer support will be added in the near future. “Vecoplan is fortunate enough to have teamed up with industry pros in the venture”, states Len Beusse, COO of Vecoplan, LLC. “Bill Miller, COO, Vecoplan Midwest, and Ron King, VP of Sales, Vecoplan Midwest have been in the recycling and waste equipment business for many years. They will put their experience and knowledge to work immediately”, Beusse comments. “Kathy Harbeson has also been in related fields for a number of years and will serve as Vecoplan Midwest’s Office Manager”, adds Beusse.

Vecoplan Midwest will be responsible for parts of Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Illinois. “With our capabilities and experience in many segments of the wood, plastics and paper recycling markets, we plan to hit the ground running. In fact, since opening our doors two months ago, we’ve already sold four systems. Customers and prospective customers can have the peace of mind that Vecoplan is now in their back yard”, remarks Bill Miller.

Vecoplan Midwest will soon complete the installation of a state-of-the-art demonstration and testing lab. Customers in the region will be able to bring in their materials for shredding, recycling or destruction to the test facility and see the equipment process their material, as well as determine throughput and particle consistencies.
