About the Body
VECOPLAN utilizes the latest, most advanced lightweight materials in the fabrication of its custom, DOT-certified bodies which houses the loading, shredding, payload and discharge equipment. Superior strength, puncture resistance and minimal weight qualities of the space-age Therma-Lite® body by GSS allow for increased payload capacity. |

Low-friction interior prevents payload discharge jams. Exclusive Lock ‘n Load™ integral “Lift and Dump” bin lifter designed by BPI® and the EasyAccess® hinged composite door allow for hassle-free, dust-free, curb-level bin loading. The seamless interface PTO / Electric Power Generation System is sized and fine tuned for most efficient operation of the entire processing system. Shredder-topayload discharge and compaction occurs via a rugged, oversized helical conveyor. Proprietary SureTrac™ “live” gliding floor unloader discharges the payload quickly and effortlessly. A secure bulkhead separates the shredder compartment from the payload area, complete with exhaust fan. HMI master control panel comprised of a single station, graphic touch screen console for operation and monitoring of all process functions. Control panel includes event log. Body includes a double door into the shredding compartment opposite bin lifter and a viewing window into payload compartment.
